Colin specialises in creating quality over 55s communities, using his experience and expertise to build successful neighbourhoods that serve the people who live there. Colin plays an active role at Willow Brook, which continues to set new benchmarks in quality design and facilities for its residents.

Laura Castensen

Village Manager

Laura is a dedicated healthcare professional who has worked in a number of hands-on and administrative roles throughout her career. At Willow Brook, Laura is involved in all aspects of resident relations, making her another familiar face within the community.

Willow Brook Lifestyle Village is owned and managed by a private Western Australian company, with a longstanding history of creating boutique residential and commercial developments throughout WA.

The lifestyle village is proudly WA-owned and operated by Colin Castensen (Managing Director) and Laura Castensen (Village Manager), who are both committed to creating a beautiful community for residents to enjoy.
