There will be 80 individual modern homes in total, all single storey and of double brick and tile construction.

Yes, guests are always welcome, whether to your home or our Clubhouse. Just let us know if you’re planning on having guests for an extended period of time. The maximum time a guest can stay is 12 weeks per annum, and guests may only stay whilst you are present at the village.
There is only one vehicle entrance into Willow Brook Lifestyle Village. A real ‘neighbourhood watch’ mentality exists throughout the community, where residents really look out for one another.
